Through one-on-one training, role-playing, and working right along side your people, our methods will be conveyed. Of course, all the procedures and policies will be gone over in great detail, but the primary focus will be on people skills.

Skilled in the methods of Dale Carnegie, and Carl Sewell, our trainers will help you bring out the best in your crew and your management team. So that you will have a people-oriented team that will never let a customer leave unhappy.
INTITIAL SUCCESS IS GREAT, BUT RETURN BUSINESS IS THE KEY TO PROFITABLIITY.

Training is included free of charge at our Des Moines, Iowa facility for up to 15 days. We recommend that you send at least one person for training, preferably the person who will be managing the site. We will provide additional training on-site for the first two days of operation. On-site support is available after this term for an additional charge. Training includes the following topics: operating procedures, software, marketing, management, cash control, sales, and hands on experience of the entire laser game system.
