We have been positively impressed from the very first contact that we made with your company. We have continually been greeted with enthusiasm and encouragement with each phone call or personal visit from everyone there!

Chris Trotter has assisted us in every way possible, answering any question we might have had, and always being available at any hour, day or night, to help us! The courteous professionalism they have exhibited has surpassed all of our expectations!

Our two visits to the Des Moines site have been essential to creating a unity and bond with this company! We have been greeted and accepted as if we were family! We have been "led through" step by step, every phase in an organized fashion. The intense training that we received from Cory Abbas was informative and essential for the success of our business. Cory's expertise and competence is invaluable! Tom Bowersox's enthusiasm and creative wit also impressed us! We do believe that Tom is capable of creating any "special" effect that we could possibly imagine.

The staff at Des Moines Lazer X also greeted us warmly and helped us in every way possible. The knowledge and experience we have gained from the "on hands" training has given us the confidence and ability to be highly successful!
