My sincere thanks to Intersphere for the excellent product line of Lazerware equipment, the Gatemaster POS system, corporate honesty, and true professionalism demonstrated this past 10 months of getting my laser tag equipped, trained, and opened.

The thirty gun Lazerware system surpasses all of our expectations in game flexibility, dependability, and customer excitement. The real time radio communication allows us to have immediate gun results to our game participants who demand such features. The Gatemaster POS system offers the ultimate in laser tag accounting and systems security. The ability to present a bar coded membership card with an imbedded color picture within minutes of purchase is incredible, as well as the accounting of games played compared to the cash drawer of receipts.

As my opening day approached, I was getting anxious about actually using the equipment and making it successful. The time spent to answer my questions and to lead me through the learning curve by each of the staff at Lazer X was indescribable. The actual training provided by Cory was superb. After completing my training, I felt that I had been involved with the actual design of the equipment, selection of the hardware, and the writing of the software. I am 100 percent confident that I will be able to operate my facility without any difficulty.

We both have had occasional questions and concerns along the past 10-month path, but I applaud you for your promptness of reply and professionalism in handling those issues. I have been provided with far more than I ever contractually agreed upon. Your product line was delivered as promised, complete, within the agreed upon costs, presenting no surprises. This doesn't happen much in today's business environment.
