We are novices in the business and went to Iowa with some reservations and expecting a pressure sales job, but the trip was actually pleasant and informative. We did not feel pushed and you allowed us the latitude to ask whatever questions we had without hesitation.

In today's world of business, customer service goes lacking, as does genuine pride in delivering a quality product in a courteous manner. Repeat business does not even appear to be a consideration. You respected us, our backgrounds, and our concerns, and made us feel we were part of a bigger picture, not a sales statistic.
