Intersphere - What's new

News Release

Trotter Back at Headquarters and Project Updates
A lot has happened over the last couple of months. I have completed the first in a series of planned visits to meet our investors at their locations, inspect their arenas, and allow them the opportunity to discuss with me how Intersphere can improve. I feel that as President of Intersphere, I owe it to all of our customers to see their locations and use their accumulated knowledge and ideas to make us all more effective operators, and to certainly continue to improve my communication with our partners. This mission also allowed me to meet people who were in investment teams who did not make it to our headquarters, Greg Dierkes and Randy Akins to name just a couple. In addition, Mark Watson in Longview actually caught more fish than I, which is in itself one for Ripleys.

I was most impressed with the managers, who all demonstrated a great amount of professionalism and energy. As most of you already know, we went to a new format for operator training a few months back, and it seems to have assisted in creating proficient individuals in key positions in cities across the United states.

There will be updates to follow concerning all of the sites I visited and some information on our new site in Branson, MO. The "What's New" section will be updated daily and new photographs, operator comments, and marketing ideas will be added to the Partners Only Newsletter.

Some of the new developments that will be discussed in greater detail over the next week are:

As you probably already know, we have drastically changed the way we do business. We have made our website the most informative laser tag site on the net. We have done this to allow you the opportunity to assimilate and compare our credentials, without being bothered by a salesperson. We have such a great number of clients requesting our products that we want to make sure the majority of our resources are always directed towards our existing customers and not by having our largest department being sales. Our new policy is we will not call or solicit new customers until they have plenty of time to compare the various manufacturers. If anyone desires to obtain more information or to arrange a visit, we will show you respect and wait for you to call us at your liesure, instead of having to experience a hard sell. This policy will allow Intersphere to add more artists and technicians. It is good to be in a position to have enough interested parties that you can reduce your marketing costs and concentrate on development. I would like to take the credit for Intersphere's success, however, I owe it all to my excellent staff and our owners and managers. I have been extremely lucky to have opportunity to work with such great people, and in fact, have become friends with many. I would like to thank all of our partners. Once I have time to catch up at our headquarters I will be spending more time at all the locations.

As with all companies, we still have a few areas in which we can improve, and you have my word we will always strive to provide the best support and service possible. We will continue to evolve and not get complacent.
