Crypt Dweller
Our corpse extender always seemed to be way too much work compared to the
achieved effect, so in 03, we scrapped the idea of the
extending corpse, and replaced it with our crypt dweller, which was basically
build as a distraction when used in conjunction with our descender
prop.
The crypt dweller is basically a box that has two hinged doors that open
simitaniously to reveal a smoke filled chamber with a eerie blue and green
light.
Once the doors open a coprse sits up slowly (waist tilt), lays back down,
then fully stands up to 6' while laughing a demonic tune.
He then returns to his crypt, the doors close, and instantly you are greeted
by the descender.
