This prosthetic ape makeup modelled on Ari's look was commissioned by a UK paper for a feature to coincide with the release of Planet of the Apes.
The model featured is Nell McAndrew, best known for her Lara Croft publicity appearances. I don't know which makeup artist did the makeup.
